Description of Activities

MISHOP members initiate their own groups and carry out activities for the promotion of Multicultural　Understanding．
●A group for talking about current affairs
　This group is where all members enjoy free talking about current and international affairs. We also talk about politics, economics, and cultures around the world in order to heighten international awareness. There's no need to prepare before attending this circle, nor is there any duty to speak.
Please feel free to come and observe us.
　■Meeting time
　The first Saturday of every month from 13:00 to 15:00

●Study Tour Group
　Most members of this study group are Mitaka residents who plan and implement Asian study tours to countries for which they have special interest or concern. This group promotes friendly contacts between Japanese and people in those other countries through stays with local families and cultural exchange activities. Anyone interested in joining this group is welcome to attend our study sessions.
